The International Standards Organization (ISO) is an internationally recognized Quality Certification Process for manufacturing companies. In order to be certified, management must design, implement and conform to a set of standardized requirements that continuously insure the company’s focus on achieving the required product design and performance results.
The ongoing Quality Program at ThermoServ operates utilizing an Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) of 1.5. This means the outgoing quality effort is meeting a defect rated of 1.5% or less. This internationally recognized benchmark for continuous quality improvement begins with numerous inspections including raw materials, hourly inspection during the molding process, testing of component bonding during assembly and final inspection which includes thermal testing, lid performance, drop impact, ink durability and packaging.
